    • Add On Assistant - $500 (Required over 200 guests)

    *Additional travel fees may apply depending on location

    • 8~10 HOURS day-of coordination

    • Regularly scheduled check-ins

    • (1) Final walk through

    • Last minute vendor recommendations

    • Manage vendors & be main point of contact

    • Provide checklist sheet to keep you on track

    • Floor plan / seating chart assistance

    • Lead ceremony rehearsal

    • Ensure set up + decorative items are in place

    • Timeline creation

    • Attend and coordinate wedding rehearsal

    • Organize & distribute tips/final payments
